Claussen's Snow & Ice Warranty No Kill Guarantee—Terms and Conditions Size of replacement is limited to 2 1/2" caliper trees and shrubs up to #2 gallon size. Guarantee is limited to trees and shrubs which have been accepted in writing only. Unhealthy trees and shrubs at the time of execution of the snow contract will be excluded. At its sole discretion, Claussen's may find it necessary to substitute one variety for another based on survivability, availability, or cost. The planting of replacement trees and shrubs will take place during the proper planting season, generally spring and fall. Establishment and watering of replacement trees and shrubs is excluded. Property minimums: Parking lots—two acres; Driveways and sidewalks—5,000 sq. ft. Trees and shrubs that receive poor maintenance in the winter, i.e. lack of watering, are excluded. Account must be current and all invoices from Claussen's must be paid in full. This guarantee may be terminated by Claussen's at any time.
